Four little angel babies
Went to Heaven to stay,
God called them to live in His garden
Where they forever now play.

Though missed on earth by mother
In God’s care they will forever be,
From the heights of glory
The happenings at home they still see.

These little angel babies
Know what is in their mother’s heart.
Words of comfort they send to her
And have from the very start.

Sometimes mother may not hear them
As they whisper sweet words in her ear,
Grief from her many losses
Makes it hard when they are not near.

Four little angel babies
Make their rounds up in the sky,
Preparing a home for their mother
When she is with them eternally on high.

Never

I'll never get to see your precious face;
or whisper words to make you feel safe
I'll never get to hold you tight
when you can't sleep at night
I'll never get to sing to you a sweet lullaby,
to calm you down when you cry
I'll never get to fall asleep withyou in my arms,
all bundled in a blanket to keep you warm
I'll never get to hear you laugh and giggle
or see you little toes wiggle
There are many things I will never get to do,
but the hardest is not being with you.
